Mental health


Stress can cause a lot of health problems.  You can get really ill if you worry too much, if you don’t sleep well or if you feel too lonely. Is it important to feel happy and well? What do you do to avoid stress and depression?

    Yes, it's very important feels good ( happy and well ), for avoid depression and stress,I can avoid depression and stress: sleep more, make exercise, have fun and eat good. :)

    To have a good mind, I sleep the tired enough not to my mind, for me it is very important to keep my mind healthy and energized hours needed to not run out of energy, study.

    To keep my mind healthy , I try to keep my regular sleep and sleep is what is needed, not kill me like studying as this could cause me stress , in order to avoid stress and depression one should keep his mind no major concerns but then you make it work . :)
