A global society.
The importance of new technology and communication has changed our world. We can know what is happening miles away from our country in the very moment. Cell phones, MP3's, notebooks, internet, etc are tools we must learn to use with responsibility. We can talk about a global village, in which you can interact with people from different countries and cultures, in order to do so we also need a common language and that language now is English.What's your possition about English as a universal language? My position about the English language as a universal language is positive, because this language
is one of the most recognized and used worldwide. For me the language is one of the easiest to learn. Also think that in comparison with other languages this language has words similar to Spanish and is easier understanding for learning for Spanish-speaking.
Besides I love the English.

The English is a tool that enables us to communicate with many people in the world, regardless of their country and language customarily used.
Each day the English is becoming a universal language which is used by many individuals, also used in most of the instructions for various products, film subtitles, song lyrics etc, which makes it a language used in our daily life.
I think it is a language that everyone should learn because of the importance this has in our society.

Well, it’s true that the technology we brought to the call “world of tomorrow”, in terms of comunication essentially, for communicate with people from of other countries, and for this is necesary a lenguage for can maintain a contact, and it’s no doubt the english, being shown in our case that at school we learn to speak the language, as in the same case of the schools of all the world.
Is show with this that english is a universal language that we allow communicate with people who don't speak our language.

In my opinion german is the most important languaje in this days...(I'm kidding). Of course english is an universal languaje, specially if we are talking about globalization, now more than ever is indispensable to learn english, not just because it's the universal languaje( as I said before);but it's also because it has became in a need, we can't say anymore that english is a luxury,is part of our knowledge, and I believe that if one person doesn't speak english would be in a clear situation of disadvantage, for so many reasons, for example if you wanna get a job and someone wants the same job than you and speaks english you have to realize that this person would have more chances than you only because he or she dominates another languaje.
In the economic field, the industry, the business, the international trade, the whole productive universe is written, speaks, and is read in English, and not just in those areas; now countries (Chile is one of this countries) has develop a project, which gold is make people like taxi drivers or merchants speaks english as a way to imrove the tourism.
For these reasons and others, we have to considerate english as a knowledge as important as math, and if we want to triumph in life, we must to take this languaje in seriously, and start to learn it.
For the last thing, I have to say that english is the most beautiful and greates languaje EVER.

My position about of english as universal lenguage is very positive because the learn this lenguage open many door mainly in the laboral aspect; is the second universal idiom transforming in a important tool for the comunication, helping to the world to the best development as cultural and exchanges business; also meet this idiom gives us the reading of the books and see movies in english. Don`t forget that this tool help our culture.

I believe that is necesary to learn english because is an universal language and helps us much for to be able to communicate wiht people of other places and also is a language that is easy of to learn in comparison with Spanish.
