Today women have a very different place in our society, they do many thing that in the past where only for men, step by step women have built a solid status in every day life, but Do men really respect this situation? or Do they feel a bit jealous about them getting better jobs or doing the same things?

Exist a big different between men and women in the laboral camp, because men earns more money than women in the same area.

Today in the world single women earn less money than single men. Even was worse than before now because women didn´t have rights to anything. With time the woman have emerged, but even between men and women are not equality total.

Today, the diference beetwen men and women has changed. Now women can enlist in the armed forces and it didn´t happen in the past. But there is still some diferences in jobs. Because there are some companies that prefer select a man because women can´t do some jobs for example mining companies but there are some jobs for women like promoters.

Definitely the women have made progress in many aspects, but not all, because in some situations, some jobs in which men and women realize the same work, the men receive a higher salary compared to those women.
Is a lot to overcome, as society in general, because we are the ones we allow to happen.

I think that women in the last 20 years have a principal role in the society, but this was very difficult by maleness in every world, but today exist women with high positions in companies but
differences still exist in lower jobs and women earn less money than their peers, and the truth is that possibly the men who work for powerful women should have a maleness look and a little ashamed but it is something silly in these days because being Men do not give us the right to lead the society, today exist women presidents, and women entrepreneur today men and women should be equal.

For my the equality between man and the woman nowadays is different in all aspect.
For example the salary of a woman who is employed at the same thing that a man is not the same, the woman continues being the one who takes care of the children and does not work.
The society always sees the woman like a mother that only remains in house but the women are very important in a society.

Equality, this word means a lot for me, not just represent equality between men and women, but also means equality between all kind of people or ways to behave. But in the case of genre equality, I feel that women' progress doesn't mean that men should feel displaced or something like that, because men and women have their own place in society and we have to respect that, sharing activities and trying to understand that both (man and woman) must to feel proud of themselves trying to do what do they have to do without forget that all activities or jobs aren't destined to any genre in particular,instead it can be done by men and women too.

The equality between man and women it has been always a topic of many controversy between they. The men always have had more educational, labor and economic opportunities that the women, but in the last time the woman has obtained a greater ascent in this topic. Nowadays both had the same rights are had since both possess the same capacities, for example in the work.
Although a problem that even is not solved is the topic of the salary, because at the moment many women, only for her condition, receive minor salary that the men, which I consider is very unjust.

I think that men not have respect for this situation, maybe they not fell jealous,maybe they fell shame because can’t believe that women can do the same activities and sometime exceed them. Besides even exist the machismo, a way of think and act that have many men who believe that women only must worry about the home and the children and shouldn’t work for consider them incapable, but women have demonstrated that can do all purpose that wish, we can fulfil all our dreams.
