Health is really important, it is how we'll live, with a good health we feel good, in shape and motivated to do things. We have a lot of habits that makes it difficult to be absolutely fit and healthy, so What do you recommend to do it? Sports, diets, changing our habits?

    One way to keep fit is to eat healthy foods, because an ordered diet helps to control what you eat. You can do sports 30 minutes, which helps you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    I think it would be good for our health change our eating habits but exercise is necesary to burn those calories, to keep our body “oiled” and revving, and our metabolism working fine; And also don’t need to pay up to get moving. Even a brisk walk is considered quite healthy. Anybody can manage a regular exercise regimen comprised of sustained activity for 30 minutes a day for Keeping fit and healthy followed by a good low-calorie diet.

    In my opinion only I believe that it is not necessary to change our food habits specially, only we must respect the hours of every food but without creating a food disorder, it of the diets I do not believe that they are the solution, since, one can eat it of always but not with exaggeration good this it is my opinion with regard to it, but always it is necessary to feed well because we need it to have energy day after day, but always it is necessary to bear in mind that we have to look after, doing exercise, since if we want to eat rich things also we must do sacrifices.

    for me the best way to keep fit is to do excercise and have a balanced diet, but of course I have none. I think that if oneself creates eating habits. because, would happen if you exercise a lot but eats like a pig? would be useless.

    I tink that to have a good health is very important. And a great way to have a healthy life is playing sports,as football,basketball, swimming,etc.
    but must be accompanied by a good food to provide vitamins and nutrients to give you the energy you need.

    For good health we must first change our habits, changing the junk food with fruits and vegetables, then sleep or watch tv jogging, biking, joining sports clubs or dance to increase physical activity, be active and feel good.

    These new habits can be very entertaining because you can make with friends, family, coworkers, etc.. being active will make us feel invigorated and happy for life, we just have to leave behind a sedentary lifestyle and opt for a better lifestyle.

    I recommend that motivation is key to a better life, eating healthy food, walking at least 30 minutes a day so as you are exercising, if you want to live more healthy and is bound to be sports and good food

    What I would recommend to stay in shape and have better health, proper nutrition, serious exercise, try to stop the masses from one side (bread, pasta, etc.), and walking every day and also do not drink or smoke.

    I think the healthy way to live, but is not necessarily doing the exercises hours if not minutes, they also eat fewer servings of foods do not need to diet, eat a fruit when hungry (instead of junk food) or after breakfast
