    my opinion is: to have a healthy life you have to eat healthy, based on a balanced diet and balanciada of vegetables and fruits, drinking water, exercising, not be sedentary. know how fat of each food. and raise awareness and teach young that you have to eat healthy. this is beneficial for health, have a strong and healthy body. My recommendation is to repeatedly exercise a week.

    There are some who believe that healthy living is just so exercise and practice it.
